• What Information Is Held: Basic contact details (name, email, phone number) provided when reaching out, details shared during consultations to support your child, and billing information for invoicing.

• Why It Is Collected: To communicate about bookings, deliver tailored support, and maintain standard accounting records required by UK tax law.

• How It Is Stored: Data is held securely within password-protected services (such as Gmail and Squarespace) and is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties.

• Data Retention: Contact details and session notes are kept only for as long as we work together. Invoices are retained for 6 years to satisfy HMRC requirements.

• Your Rights: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information held about you or to ask for your contact details to be deleted at any time by emailing wholeandwildlearning@gmail.com.
